TLDR - International fashion brand, grew to 2.2 CR in 8 months. Focus on creatives, offer and simple testing structure, account ban and how we tackled it.
This will be a long read, so if you are in a hurry, you can read the TLDR to get an idea.
But if you want to grow a Premium fashion brand to 1 cr+, lock in because we are dropping some secrets!
About the brand -
This international brand came to us with a pressing problem: how do we capitalise in India? Although they had a good brand image to start with, it was yet to account for sales. previously, the client had run a few awareness campaigns, but getting sales still looked difficult!
But first, let's look at the numbers -

Time - April to November 2024 (8 months)
Spends - 44,50,000
Sales - 2,18,00,000
ROAS - 4.8
It doesn't include:
Hidden targeting
Crazy ad structures
Set rules
But it did have:
Robust and extensive creative testing
Offer testing and tweaking
Website optimisations
Phase 1 - Testing, testing & Testing
With every client, the first 4-8 weeks always go into testing. this sets the foundation to scale. This is a no brainer and the team goes all out during this phase
Fun fact - in the first 60 days for this client, we tested out 54 ads. That is an average of 1 per day, almost 🤓

Creative testing campaigns for the first 60 days
Based on the creative tests, we found some good winners that showed scale and promise.
Along with that, we were constantly improving the website to work on the Conversion rate and at the same time on offers
It's 2024. " Offers dilute my brand" is the wrong way to think about it. Offers are what get people in. Think about what works well in your industry and double down on it.
Here are some offers you can try today:

anyway, now that we had some winning creatives, we were ready to scale further!
Phase 2 - Scale, Scale, Scale
From there on, it was simply scale frenzy for us. Here are some numbers for the coming 2 weeks:

Time - June to August, 2024 (3 months)
Spends - 16,48,090
Sales - 78,47,000
ROAS - 4.7
Sounds crazy right? That's how you start scaling when you have all the right pieces of the puzzle.
So here is the ad structure that we followed:
1x Testing campaign ABO.
1x ASC+ Scaling campaign
Our simple testing structure 🎁
👉 This testing structure is so simple yet so effective (the reason why we say account structure does not matter, you can get results with any structure if you have other things right)
1x testing campaign for each category
Each adset should have 3-6 creatives inside with only 1 variation between them
All ads inside a adset should be of the same concept/angle
Use same format for all (only videos or only images)
Budget - 1X your AOV
Apart from the variations, keep everything else the same
Test 2-5 sets a week

Phase 3 - Scale & hiccups

"Ismael, we have tried this before, but we didn't achieve it. Our goal is to hit 2.5 cr by the end of this year. Do you think it's achievable?"
I was quite optimistic about this goal. After all, we had hit 78 Lakhs in the last 3 months.
Usually, Q4 is good for most brands. We knew if we played it right, 2.5 CR wasn't far off.
Another good 4 months, and I knew we'd be able to hit
We started scaling aggressively, and had a few hits and misses:
Cost caps & Bid caps- Didn't work on this account. Not helpful when scaling
LAL audiences - Did not outperform our normal broad audiences
We decided to stick with our strategy and scale the budgets
And then came the roadblock - Account ban 📉
Meta detected suspicious behaviour on our account and the account was disabled for a solid 18 days. After numerous follow-ups with their team and some internal connections (perks of being a partner agency), we were able to get the account running again.
But this resulted in a huge loss of business. This account ban happened during the last week of October and spilled to november. This was a huge blow to the business overall. We did run a few ads from a new account but the performance wasn't the same.
Once we got the account back, it was business as usual, we started building up and here are the numbers by the end of November
Time - Sept to Nov, 2024
Spends - 18,26,000
Sales - 70,44,000
ROAS - 3.9
This brought our total sales figures to:
Time - April to November 2024 (8 months)
Spends - 44,50,000
Sales - 2,18,00,000
ROAS - 4.8
