An apparel brand in a very grey space – outdoors! This brand sold apparels and accessories for trekkers and adventure enthusiasts. It was a stop marketplace for everything adventure – be it tops, bottoms, jackets, tents, caps or special gear; they had it all!
More or less, the biggest problem was ROAS. when we started working with them, they had a mere revenue of ₹3 Lakhs at a 1X ROAS (in 4 months).
