London school of trends is an edtech brand in the fashion and design space. They have collaborated with notable celebrities. Considered as one of the pioneer in the fashion and design education sector, they boast a remarkable 45000+ students across the globe
Having strong roots in the UK already, they wanted to expand their online presence in India. With great products and collaborations already in their barrel, the biggest question was how to distribute it profitably and scale it past £10k/month. They had tried ads 2 years back but with no results, they wanted team Salt to take over and find the gold at the end of the tunnel.
As part of our regular audit, we knew the first thing we have to do is identify the hero product. We started off with multiple categories and found our winner with the Fashion Design Course. (Even now, the course contributes to 65% of the total revenue). Once we identified the winner, we started our rigorous testing process and doubled down on what was working. After testing more than 150+ creatives, we were able to nail down on 20 that were our winners. THe rest as they say, is history!
